pkdan and I got together for a bit last night to record a new episode of the Caffeineland podcast. "That'll be... strong...," said Ron as I tipped all of the freshly ground Peet's Espresso Forte into the filter in the new thermal coffee pot. We took some of the grounds out to save for later, lest the brew be undrinkably strong.

It's the first time I've opened the bag of beans I brought back from San Francisco earlier this month; we dove into roosterhillfarm's Major Dickason right after I got back with it.

Just poured myself a cup, and it's great... very tasty, strong coffee without being too strong. I'll also have to take the bag home to try making espresso with it. And then maybe record another caffeineland podcast.
