Long day...

But it ended with Steve Worona's Computer Policy & Law presentation on why bits and atoms aren't the same and shouldn't be treated the same in selling music. That was followed by a very nice dinner with Steve, Tracy (the director of the program), and another Cornell staffer Steve wanted to dine with. It was my second dinner at Banfi's (the restaurant in the Statler Hotel on campus) since their major renovation, and it was really quite good. It wasn't cheap, but also wasn't crazily overpriced for a good meal, and even better, I didn't have to pay for it. :-) Steve and I then relaxed downstairs at the Regent Lounge for a bit before he ran out of steam and had to go to sleep.

On getting home, I watched tonight's season premiere of "Penn & Teller's Bullshit" and have been half-watching "Babel." Bedtime shortly. Hoping to catch up on my sleep this weekend and finish readjusting to Eastern Time. Caught up on a few more things today, including performer bios for the upcoming start to the "Bound for Glory" season, but I still feel way behind. I think I'll be able to catch up in July. (I'll believe it when I see it.)
