Oh Great LiveJournal Mind!

Can an Acer Aspire One laptop do TV video out through its VGA port? (I know it doesn't have other video-out ports, like an S-Video port or a DVI port, either of which would've been handy.) In other words, can one connect it to a television with just a proper inexpensive adapter cable, without needing to use a pricey video converter box? The impression I'm getting is that no, this laptop can't do that.
