So I did.
It's rare enough that I have fresh eggs, instead of six-month-old eggs, in the refrigerator. So I used the last two, as well as some sauteed fresh onion and a little bit of that bag of "frozen-fresh" broccoli, and some cheese.
It's OK if I broiled the top to finish it off, instead of trying to flip it, right? It was my last two eggs, after all!
