But I keep waking up at 7-something, whether it's 7:20, 7:30, 7:42... even on Saturday, after a very, very long day Friday and a late night. Saturday morning, I tried falling back to sleep for a bit, then picked up the iPad and read for a little while until I felt myself dozing. I succeeded in falling asleep again and slept, off and on, for several more hours. Very restful!
Today I woke up at 5:30, but luckily managed to fall asleep again until about 7:30. I'm going to try to go to sleep early tonight, but of course that could just make things worse.
