Loaner (208.6)

That e-mail to the Maguire service rep last week, CC'd to the "customer experience manager" who'd gotten in touch because they knew I was looking at new cars, and the owner, drew a pretty quick reply.

He apologized for the "confusion" around my appointment in May (confusion my ass) and asked me to pick a day this week and he'd have a loaner for me. To my surprise, he even asked where I would be this morning and actually sent someone with the loaner to take my car.
