Baking again (209.8)

I pretty much stopped baking a month or so ago and put my sourdough starter to sleep. (It's resting in a container in the refrigerator.)

But a couple of friends are coming for a periodic cigar visit, and one can't do gluten, and I like experimenting, and I have berries in the house. So, I'm making gluten free berry ricotta cheesecake. I kinda winged it based on the recipe on the box of gluten free graham cracker crumbs, using some whipped cream cheese and ricotta instead of the plain ol' whipped cream, and yogurt instead of sour cream, so I hope it's not a disaster! It's in the oven now.

I think while it bakes I shall take the dogs out for a bedtime walk and see if the eclipse is visible. Oh, you didn't know there was a lunar eclipse tonight? Neither did I until an hour ago. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
