Ground beef

I defrosted too many packages of ground beef this weekend for yesterday's TV Night meatloaf, so I've got two pounds defrosted that I need to do something with soon. (I'm guessing it shouldn't be refrozen until it's cooked.) What should I do with it? Maybe chili, though I'd have to pick up a can of beans and a green pepper. (Of course, I could always leave out the beans.)

I'm watching the first part of "Comanche Moon" from Sunday night. Eight minutes in, it feels like horrible pacing and not much better acting or writing. I'll give it another 20 to see if it settles to something reasonable. If not, even Linda Cardellini won't keep me watching. (More in mark_tv.)
