Leftovers

I'm starting to think about heading home for dinner, and I think I'll cook up the leftover sirloin from Joe's and leftover raw spinach from a week or so ago. The steak's already cooked, and it's probably not worth firing up the grill just to reheat it, though it's nice enough out! The spinach needs a little garlic and a little olive oil, and probably not much else, then I bet I can just toss the steak next to it in the skillet for a minute on each side to warm up. Maybe I'll even nuke one of the remaining potatoes.

Leftovers, redux...

Tonight's dinnerIndeed, I sauteed the rest of the spinach with garlic and olive oil in a cast-iron skillet, then pushed it to the side and reheated the leftover sirloin on the hot pan. And, I nuked one of the potatoes. Dinner was perfect.

Also, I just watched the first two episodes of season four of "Battlestar Galactica." Huh.
