I was exhausted last night, after a day of packing up my office and then cooking dinner for a friend. (In retrospect, not ideal timing for that.) Uncharacteristically, I also felt cold. Even though I was chatting with a few of my favorite chattees, I had to sign off. I was in bed reading for a few more minutes, then asleep before midnight.
Since I'm working from home today (no point going to the office when I don't know when my stuff will be moved today) I set my alarm clock for 9:30, so I could get a good night's sleep. Woke up at 9:10.
Not only do I feel well rested, I think I kicked what remained of the cold.
