Tempted...

The Murray McDavid web site describes the nose and palate of their Mission Range bottling of 1979 Lagavulin single malt whisky thusly:

You are plunged into the wild Atlantic, swim ashore, wade through the seaweed onto the peat moor, walk for miles in the driving rain, arrive at a croft with a pear fire burning where you are offered a bowl of hot porridge, topped with syrup and wild berries, followed by a generous dram of this magnificent spirit.  An out-of-body experience.

I want some. If only it weren't $180 a bottle.

That may not stop me for long.

There's a bottle in town.

Hm.
