Rich clued the rest of us in G41 into the fact that there were leftovers in the first-floor kitchen upstairs from yesterday's CIT staff picnic. So, in between the two longish meetings I've had in my office today, I went and filled a plate with pulled pork and rice and beans, and a bowl with the fresh raw veggies. Nuked the pork and rice and beans, and got through half of it before Gary showed up ten minutes early for the second meeting! Got to eat the rest an hour or so later.
OK, so the cherry tomatoes don't seem to be all that fresh, any more, but the carrots and broccoli and cauliflower are all good.
And I still have some leftovers at home that I grabbed last night on the way out of the park.
Tonight, though, is the grand opening party for Olivia, which I'm looking forward to.
