Cop-out!

I'm not surprised, but the opening skit for tonight's Monday Night Football was really lame. The NFL and ABC could have done something simple, clean, and silly to poke fun at the controversy from last week, or they could have just calmly had an ordinary funny clip... but no, they just had a couple of players standing around saying "It's 9 pm eastern time on a Monday night, and you know what that means," and the like.

How am I supposed to get ready for some football!?

I'm going to have to express my disgust to ABC and the NFL that they would cower this way instead of showing a little dignity and self-respect.
