Just got some duck eggs from roosterhillfarm for $2 a dozen. Really big off-white eggs that barely fit in the XL chicken egg carton. Mo has kept trying to warn me that they're different, and that if I don't like them, she'll give my money back. Apparently she doesn't like the flavour, so just uses them in baking, but her husband Gary loves them any which way.
I'll probably try them scrambled or as an omelet this weekend.
