Apple introduces a new low-end iMac

There's a new, low-end Apple iMac model for $899, replacing the CRT-based eMac for Apple's education customers. It uses a smaller hard drive, integrated Intel video with shared memory, and combo drive (burn CDs, just read DVDs) instead of SuperDrive, and leaves out the remote control, but you save $300 over the previous low-end iMac.

If you still want an eMac, they're available until they sell out the stock, just like the G4 iBooks.
