Been to Bratstreet yet?

They say a million monkeys in front of a million typewriters will eventually create the complete works of Shakespeare, and that the Internet proves that the reverse is true. When everyone can publish, the result is often cacaphony.

Online comic strips are a good example. There are reasons some comics never make it into the newspapers, just as there are reasons some writers never get weekly columns in Newsweek.

A good counterexample is Bratstreet, a simply drawn and simply funny strip set in a daycare center and viewed from the same knee-high vantage point that gave Peanuts its perspective.

Haven't been there yet? Go take a look at www.bratstreet.org.
